GAISB AI Team Architect™ — Logo and Badge Use Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective June 10th, 2026
These Logo and Badge Use Terms ("Logo Terms") govern your use of the GAISB AI Team Architect™ credential badge, seal, logo, and related marks (together, the "Badge"). They apply in addition to the GAISB AI Team Architect™ Certification Terms of Use. By downloading, displaying, or otherwise using the Badge, you agree to these Logo Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Badge.
1. What the Badge Means
The Badge indicates one thing only: that you, as a named individual, have earned and currently hold the GAISB AI Team Architect™ credential in good standing. It is a statement about you, not about your company, your clients, or any work you perform. The Badge does not mean that Prompt Atlas (the "Issuer") or the Global AI Standards Body (GAISB™): employs you, partners with you, or has any business relationship with you; endorses, sponsors, recommends, or guarantees you, your business, your services, or your results; has reviewed, approved, or certified any specific project, deliverable, or client engagement you perform; or accepts any responsibility or liability for your work.
2. Limited License
Subject to your continued compliance with these Logo Terms and your good standing as a credential holder, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to display the Badge solely to indicate that you hold the GAISB AI Team Architect™ credential. This license grants you no ownership of the Badge or any related mark. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Permitted Uses
You may display the Badge, accurately and in context, to communicate that you personally hold the credential, including on: your resume, CV, or professional biography; your LinkedIn or other professional profile; your personal email signature; your personal or business website's "about" or "credentials" area; and client proposals and capability statements, where it is presented as your personal credential and not as an endorsement of the proposal or your firm. When you display the Badge, you must present it truthfully and not in a way that implies any of the things listed in Section 1.
4. Conditions of Use
Whenever you use the Badge, you must: use only the official Badge artwork as provided, with no alteration to its design, wording, color, proportions, or elements; keep the Badge legible and not lock it up with your own logo or any third-party logo in a way that suggests joint branding or partnership; use the Badge only while your credential is active and in good standing; accompany the Badge, where practical, with your name and, if requested, a link to the official verification record; and correct or remove any use that is inaccurate, out of date, or that anyone reasonably reads as implying endorsement or representation.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not, and may not allow others to: state or imply that you are an employee, agent, representative, spokesperson, partner, affiliate, or official of Prompt Atlas or GAISB™, or that you speak or act on their behalf; state or imply that Prompt Atlas or GAISB™ endorses, sponsors, certifies, guarantees, or is responsible for your business, your services, your deliverables, or your results; use the Badge or the words "GAISB AI Team Architect" as, or as part of, your company name, product name, domain name, logo, social media handle, or trademark; use the Badge to promote, market, or deliver any course, training, certification, or program that teaches, resells, or competes with the Time Dividend System™ or the GAISB AI Team Architect™ program; alter, recreate, or imitate the Badge, or create a confusingly similar mark; display the Badge after your credential lapses, is suspended, or is revoked, or in any way that suggests a tier, status, or recognition you do not hold; suggest that the credential is a government license, regulatory authorization, accreditation, or practice permit; or use the Badge in any unlawful, misleading, or disparaging manner.
6. You Act Independently
You are an independent professional. Nothing about holding the credential or using the Badge creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or representation relationship between you and Prompt Atlas or GAISB™. You are solely responsible for your own business, your own client relationships, your own contracts, and your own work, and you must make this clear to your clients and audience.
7. Ownership of the Marks
GAISB AI Team Architect™, Time Dividend System™, and TDS™ names, badges, and logos are the property of Prompt Atlas. The GAISB™ names and logos are the property of the Global AI Standards Body. Use of any of these marks in connection with credential issuance or training delivery requires separate written authorization from the owner. Your goodwill in using the Badge inures solely to the benefit of the respective owners.
8. Suspension, Lapse, and Revocation
Your right to use the Badge ends automatically and immediately if your credential lapses, is suspended, or is revoked, or if you breach these Logo Terms. On that date you must stop all use of the Badge and remove it from every place you have displayed it, including profiles, websites, signatures, and documents within your control, as promptly as reasonably practical.
9. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Badge is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt Atlas and GAISB™ disclaim all liability arising from your use or misuse of the Badge, and total liability is limited as set out in the Certification Terms of Use.
10. Changes and Enforcement
The Issuer may update these Logo Terms or the Badge artwork at any time, and may require you to adopt the current Badge or cease using a prior version. The Issuer may revoke your license to use the Badge at any time. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

GAISB AI Team Architect™ — Certification Terms of Use

These Certification Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the GAISB AI Team Architect™ credential ("Credential") and your status as a credential holder ("Architect," "you"). By enrolling in, earning, holding, or using the Credential, you agree to these Terms. They work together with the GAISB AI Team Architect™ Logo and Badge Use Terms and with the GAISB™ Legal Notice and Code of Professional Conduct.
1. What the Credential Is
The GAISB AI Team Architect™ Credential is a private professional certification. It recognizes that you have completed the GAISB AI Team Architect™ program and demonstrated working knowledge of the Time Dividend System™ (TDS™) methodology, delivered inside Prompt Atlas, the official community of the Global AI Standards Body (GAISB™), under standards governed by GAISB™. The Credential certifies what you have learned and demonstrated in the program. It says nothing about the quality, outcome, or compliance of any specific work you later perform for a client.
2. What the Credential Is Not
The Credential is not, and must never be represented as: an occupational license, regulatory authorization, or practice permit; a government, regulatory, or accreditation-body approval of any kind; a guarantee of income, clients, employment, business results, or any particular outcome; a warranty, certification, or endorsement of any work you perform for any client; or evidence of any employment, agency, partnership, or representation relationship with Prompt Atlas or GAISB™. GAISB™ is a private professional standards organization. It is not a government agency, regulator, or accreditation body.
3. Issuing Authority and Relationships
The Credential is issued by Prompt Atlas (the "Issuer") using the Time Dividend System™ methodology, which is the exclusive intellectual property of Prompt Atlas, under standards governed by GAISB™. The GAISB™ marks and standards belong to GAISB™. The Credential is issued exclusively through the official GAISB AI Team Architect™ program. No alternate route exists, and no third party is authorized to issue, grant, or represent the Credential.
4. No Employment, Agency, or Representation
Holding the Credential makes you an independent professional and nothing more. It does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or representation relationship between you and Prompt Atlas or GAISB™. You may not act, contract, speak, or hold yourself out as acting on behalf of, or as authorized by, either of them. You are solely responsible for your own business and must make your independence clear to your clients.
5. How You May Describe Yourself
You may accurately describe yourself as a "GAISB AI Team Architect" while your Credential is in good standing, and you may use the Badge under the Logo and Badge Use Terms. You must not: describe yourself as "certified by," "endorsed by," "partnered with," or "representing" Prompt Atlas or GAISB™ in a way that implies a relationship beyond holding the Credential; claim a tier, specialty, status, or recognition you do not hold; imply that your services, deliverables, or results are guaranteed, approved, or backed by Prompt Atlas or GAISB™; or imply that the Credential is a license, accreditation, or government authorization.
6. Your Responsibilities
As an Architect you agree to: represent the Credential, your status, and your capabilities truthfully at all times; conduct your work lawfully and ethically, consistent with the GAISB™ Code of Professional Conduct; take full and sole responsibility for your own client engagements, including your contracts, your fees, your deliverables, your data handling, and your compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your clients; not imply that Prompt Atlas or GAISB™ is a party to, responsible for, or liable for any engagement you perform; and keep your Credential current as required by the program.
7. Client Engagements Are Yours Alone
Any service you sell or deliver to a client is solely between you and that client. Prompt Atlas and GAISB™ are not parties to your engagements, make no representations to your clients, and have no liability for your advice, deployments, tools, results, or outcomes. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Atlas and GAISB™ from any claim arising out of your work, your representations, or your use of the Credential or Badge.
8. Good Standing, Lapse, and Revocation
The Credential is personal to you and non-transferable. Your right to use the Credential, the title, and the Badge depends on remaining in good standing. The Issuer may suspend or revoke the Credential for breach of these Terms, the Logo Terms, or the Code of Professional Conduct, or for misrepresentation, through its published process. If your Credential lapses, is suspended, or is revoked, you must immediately stop describing yourself as a GAISB AI Team Architect and stop all use of the Badge.
9. Intellectual Property and Course License
The Time Dividend System™, the GAISB AI Team Architect™ program, the 3A Loop, the audit framework, the Chief of Staff model, and all course content, quizzes, scripts, templates, and tools are the exclusive intellectual property of Prompt Atlas. Copyright Prompt Atlas. All rights reserved.
Your enrollment grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to access and use the program materials for your own learning and for delivering services to your own clients under your own practice. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, share, or publicly post the materials in whole or in part, and you may not use them to create or deliver a competing course, training, or certification. Access is personal to you and may not be transferred or shared.
Violation of this license may result in suspension or removal from the program and forfeiture of access without refund, in addition to any other remedy available at law.
10. No Warranties
The Credential, the program, and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. No statement, figure, or example anywhere in the program is a promise of earnings or results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt Atlas and GAISB™ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to the Credential, the Badge, the program, or your use of any of them. Their total aggregate liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
12. Changes, Severability, Governing Law, and Contact
The Issuer may update these Terms at any time, with the current version published at this location. Continued use of the Credential or Badge after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions should be directed to support@promptatlas.xyz.
